Dentist Jen was amazing… my daughter cap came off yesterday because someone hit her in the mouth at school by accident. Dr Jen seen her the same day and put her a new cap on.. great job!

The dentist and assistant were great! They did such a good job with my child who is special needs and I can't thank them enough for their patience! The only inconvenience is that they schedule so many people for the same appointment time and your stuck waiting at least an hour!

I was so nervous about my son’s first dental appointment. I took him to another dentist the day prior and they told me he’d need his teeth removed. However at Hamilton Dental Associates they gave me THREE alternatives , one of them being an attempt to save his teeth instead of simply removing them. The staff were so welcoming & friendly, they knew how to make my son feel comfortable instead of scared. I would 100 recommend this pediatric dentist to anyone looking.

Today is the worst experience I've ever had here. My daughters been coming here since they were able to. Usually I come at least a half hour before the time however I was 10 mins LATE due to my daughter showing respect to her teacher who was recently murdered by her husband and attending a ballon release. The lady who checked us in told me because we was late someone will go in before us this is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I never heard of that or never felt this way at this or the other location. I I hope all other customers do not get treated this way. Most of the time you gotta wait ANYWAYS and DO NOT go back at the exact time. I would like for a member of the team to contact me ASAP because I am NOT satisfied at all. If I could give negative stars then I will but even that won't explain how I feel today

The dentist was very nice. She was helpful quick and efficient and worked magic with my very nervous child. Our issue was the wait. We waited an hour and 15 minutes past our appointment time before they took us in.
